Background

Ryan negotiates telecommunications and technology agreements on behalf of owners and managers of conventional apartment, condominium, student housing, and commercial properties across the country. Ryan's practice focuses on service and right of entry agreements for video, Internet, telephone, and managed wireless services with national and regional telecommunications service providers. Ryan also negotiates technology and ancillary service agreements, including agreements for smart home technology, IoT integration, and software licensing. Ryan is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US), Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
