Background

Alexandra represents multifamily and commercial real estate owners, developers, and managers in telecommunications and technology transactions across the country.  She negotiates agreements for Internet, video, telephone, and wireless services with national and regional providers and counsels clients on the legal and real estate issues that arise during each stage of development and operation of a property.  Alexandra's telecommunications industry experience began in law school, first as an intern for a Commissioner at the Federal Communications Commission, and then as an intern for the Office of Chief Counsel at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration.
