Background

Alex represents multifamily residential owners, developers, and managers in various telecommunications and technology-related transactions across the country. In addition to negotiating telecommunications agreements involving Internet, video, telephone, and wireless services, Alex's practice focuses on representing clients in a variety of technology and ancillary services transactions, including agreements for smart home technology, software licensing, electric vehicle charging, package management, and energy management. Alex is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Prior to joining the Davis Craig team, Alex was a commercial litigator at a top-ranked international law firm.
