With a principal focus on video, Internet, telephone, and wireless services, she regularly negotiates a variety of agreements, including building and rooftop access, marketing, and bulk services for new and existing properties. Tori helps clients accomplish their business objectives and advises clients on the complex issues related to multifamily and commercial telecommunications service contracts throughout various stages of a property. Tori's practice also involves the evaluation and negotiation of telecommunications service contracts for large property portfolios.
