Background

Michael negotiates telecommunications transactions on behalf of developers and owners of conventional, student, and senior housing multi-dwelling unit properties across the country. His practice focuses on negotiating service agreements for video, Internet, telephone, and wireless services with national and regional telecommunications service providers. He counsels clients on the legal and real estate issues related to telecommunications contracts at the various stages of development and operation, including pre-construction planning, construction, and management. Michael is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
