Background

Zach represents owners and developers of conventional, condominium, and student housing multi-dwelling unit properties in telecommunications transactions. Zach also negotiates ancillary service agreements, including agreements for smart home technology and package delivery services. Prior to joining Davis Craig, Zach represented developers of master planned communities in the purchase and sale of properties throughout Texas and Oklahoma. Zach is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
