Background

Shaun negotiates telecommunications transactions on behalf of owners, developers, and managers of multi-dwelling unit properties across the country.  He counsels clients on the legal and real estate issues related to telecommunications contracts at the various stages of development and operation, including pre-construction planning, construction, and management.  Shaun is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US), Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
