Background

Laura's practice focuses on negotiating contracts with telecommunications service providers on behalf of owners, managers, and developers of multifamily and mixed-use developments across the country. She also represents clients in ancillary services contract negotiations for products and services such as smart home technology, software licensing and development, laundry facilities, and electric car charging stations. Laura counsels clients and works through the complex issues specific to telecommunications and ancillary services contracts throughout the various life stages of a property, including planning, development, management, and redevelopment.
