Background

Lauren counsels and represents multifamily and single family real estate developers, owners, and managers in various telecommunications and technology related transactions across the country, with a primary focus on agreements for Internet, video, telephone, and wireless services. Lauren’s practice includes negotiation of telecommunications service and marketing contracts, including easements, licenses, and leases, for conventional apartment, condominium, single family, and mixed-use properties nationwide, as well as agreements for smart home technology and software licensing. Her work also includes evaluation and negotiation of telecommunications service contracts for large property portfolios on behalf of some of the largest multifamily owners and managers in the United States.
