Background

Katie represents developers and owners of multi-dwelling unit properties in telecommunication and technology transactions across the country. She negotiates service and marketing agreements for video, Internet, and telephone services with national and regional telecommunications providers and helps clients navigate the legal issues related to telecommunications agreements that arise during the planning, construction, operation, and management phases of a property. Katie is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
