Background

Brody represents developers, owners, and managers of multi-dwelling unit properties in telecommunications and technology transactions across the country.  He primarily negotiates agreements for Internet, video, and telephone services with national and regional providers and helps clients navigate related legal issues that arise during the planning, construction, operation, and management phases of a property.  Brody is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US), Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
