Background

Kristin negotiates telecommunications and technology transactions on behalf of developers and owners of new construction and existing multi-dwelling unit properties across the country. Her practice focuses on negotiating right of entry and marketing agreements for video, Internet, and telephone services with national and regional telecommunications service providers. She counsels clients on the legal and real estate issues related to telecommunications contracts at the various stages of development and operation, including pre-construction planning, construction, and management. Kristin is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
